RAM
INTUITIVE’s cost effective mix of reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) experts, engineers, and system technicians provide RAM analysis and solutions for a wide variety of DoD aviation platforms, weapon systems, and support equipment. INTUITIVE RAM engineers are equipped with a large toolbox that allows us to ensure a product is reliable from concept through fielding and sustainment. Production Engineering
INTUITIVE leverages an extensive history of providing production engineering support that includes a hybrid approach to production planning, oversight, and engineering. This approach involves our personnel working in the OEM manufacturing facilities and supporting the Project Management Offices production activities directly. We provide an organized framework to assess total producibility from a systems engineering standpoint resulting in ease of manufacture and reduced production cost. We identify emerging technologies and critical investment areas, conduct trades studies, and develop implementation strategies to ensure a successful technology transition. Logistics
INTUITIVE takes on a complete life cycle approach in logistics support including system planning, user testing, fielding, training, sustainment, modifications, and system closeout. Our team of experts truly understands the benefits of well-rounded strategic planning. We work closely with our clients to develop systems that last longer, require less maintenance, and has support systems in place to meet both its operational requirements and anticipated demand for additional systems. Our in-depth knowledge and experience spans from design, development, and implementation of system training support packages including: large scale programs, fielding defense systems, and providing on-site support.

Corrosion
INTUITIVE’s corrosion mission is aimed at weapons system readiness. Warfighters must be confident that equipment is maintained and available when needed. Our corrosion professionals provide technical expertise in corrosion prevention and control (CPC), focusing on legacy systems, new acquisitions, CPC technologies, and training. Our corrosion methodologies can be applied throughout any phase of the system’s life cycle and are fully customizable to meet the requirements of a diverse customer base. Equipment assessments and surveys, data analysis activities, and corrosion prevention and control training in the field, classroom, and hands-on environments provide an integrated approach to reducing the impact of corrosion on system performance, maintenance, life extension, safety, environmental impact, and life cycle costs.
Technical Publications
We work with technical professionals and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy of product deliverables for our customers. Our team is knowledgeable in DOD military standard (MIL-STD) 40051, military preference (MIL-PRF) 63029, 63002, and industry standard S1000D. INTUITIVE’s experts are proficient in Extensible Markup Language (XML) and Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) used to create interactive electronic technical manuals (IETMs). We are also able to create technical illustrations as scalable vector graphics (SVG), Computer Graphics Metafile (CGM), and Tagged Image File Format (TIFF).
Obsolescence
DoD Program Managers must consider obsolescence concerns throughout all phases of a system’s life cycle. Weapons system maturity and new system designs make material availability a primary concern. INTUITIVE addresses both obsolescence and diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages.
