Electrical Engineering
Our electrical engineers are recognized experts in electronic circuit and system design. We apply proven methodologies performing high-fidelity analysis, simulation and modeling of electronic circuits and systems using tools such as PSpice® software. We build nominal and worst-case Spice models for all types of parts, and provide unique mathematically-based and behavioral models for devices such as operational amplifiers, complex integrated circuits, electric motors, and batteries. Our engineers evaluate circuit operation and identify safety issues with electronic designs including sneak circuit analysis. We identify electrically overstressed parts, analyze replacements for obsolete parts, determine root cause of failures, develop and validate design solutions, and conduct failure analysis of electronic designs including failure modes, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA) using software tools such as Relex.
Rapid Prototyping
INTUITIVE is aware of the challenges faced in rapidly fielding highly complex systems and simulators. We have assembled the engineering expertise to apply advanced methodologies to solve an array of complex technical challenges by analyzing new and existing electronic and mechanical components and structures for military and commercial configurations. We strongly believe in and encourage a working relationship between the engineering and integration teams; thus, we provide onsite engineering support during system integration allowing for rapid turnaround of design changes based on installation variations.
