HUNTSVILLE, AL – October 25, 2021 – Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (INTUITIVE®) has been recognized as the first inductee into the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber’s Best Places to Work Hall of Fame. The honor is bestowed to companies who have been named a Best Place to Work for 10 or more years. INTUITIVE was presented the Hall of Fame award at the annual Best Places to Work Luncheon on October 25th, 2021. Vergenia Shelton, President of INTUITIVE, accepted the award on the company’s behalf.
Each year employees of local businesses are anonymously surveyed on their workplace culture which evaluates employee engagement, leadership, and internal communication. The awards luncheon honors local businesses in five categories including micro, small, medium, large, and x-large. The award celebrates businesses that create an excellent workplace culture through employee engagement, strong leadership and excellent communication. Winners are selected based on input from employees. In 2020 INTUITIVE received the Best Place to Work award for the thirteenth year in a row, marking the company a consistent winner since the awards inception.
