HUNTSVILLE, AL – June 2019 – Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (INTUITIVE) has been recognized as one of the 2020 Best Places to Work for Huntsville/Madison County by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce. The award was presented at the 2020 Best Place to Work Virtual Awards Ceremony on June 17, 2020. Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards were given based on rankings. INTUITIVE was awarded the gold status. Each year employees of local businesses are anonymously surveyed on their workplace culture which evaluates employee engagement, leadership, and internal communication. This marks INTUITIVE’s thirteenth year in a row to win the award- making the company a consistent winner since the awards inception. INTUITIVE’s President, Vergenia Shelton, virtually accepted the award on behalf of all the employees.

The awards luncheon honored local businesses in five categories including micro, small, medium, large, and x-large. INTUITIVE was placed in the x-large category, which is for companies with over 251 employees. This award celebrates businesses that create an excellent workplace culture through employee engagement, strong leadership and excellent communication. Winners are selected based on input from employees.
