Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (INTUITIVE) is extremely proud to announce it was recognized at the Madison County 2012 Best Places to Work Awards Luncheon as one of the 2012 Best Places to Work for Huntsville / Madison County and Mrs. Sonya Tolliver, INTUITIVE Human Resource Representative, won the Most Valuable Employee Award. These were awarded by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management on May 8, 2012. INTUITIVE‘s CEO, Rey Almodóvar, accepted the award on behalf of all the employees, and Mrs. Tolliver was there to accept her award.
Mr. Almodóvar later stated, “We are so honored to be able to say we have been a Best Place to Work for 5 years in a row. This is a huge reflection on our employees and the camaraderie they maintain, as well as our HR department for fostering such an atmosphere. Mrs. Tolliver truly lives up to her new title as Most Valuable Employee, and we are proud that the community can celebrate with her, as well as our company for her outstanding hard work and dedication.”
INTUITIVE has been the only company to receive this award for the fifth year in a row, making it a consistent winner since the Best Places to Work honor was established. The program honors businesses in three categories including small, medium, and large businesses. INTUITIVE was placed in the large group, which is for companies with over 200 employees.
