HUNTSVILLE, AL – January 2017 – Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (INTUITIVE) is excited to announce it has advanced its software development capabilities with the opening of its new Integrated Technology Software Solutions Lab (ITSS). The new lab, which is located at the company’s headquarters in Cummings Research Park, will be used to verify, validate, and secure software systems for Department of Defense (DoD) customers and Other Government Agencies (OGAs). The ITSS Lab provides customers with the flexibility of resources, such as tools and domain expertise, needed to execute their mission. Customers who are interested in testing and analysis as an investment into their products can utilize the ITSS Lab to develop and maintain cost-effective software solutions, including sustainability. INTUITIVE’s technical leadership and software systems experts are readily available on-site to assist customers with software challenges, from cost to scheduling to performance.
At INTUITIVE, the quality, security, and performance of software programs is our top priority which is why the ITSS Lab was constructed. INTUITIVE’s President, Harold Brewer, stated, “We discovered a need for a facility where customers were offered the tools, technologies, and expertise required to successfully carryout their software systems. Through this discovery, we built the one-of-kind ITSS Lab so that we would have a secure, well-equip environment to provide integrated software solutions that are Government-Led, Non-Proprietary, and that meet all customer requirements.”
The Integrated Technology Software Solutions Lab (ITSS) houses a wide array of software capabilities such as Software Independent Validation and Verification, Configuration and Data Management, Functional and Performance Testing, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Engineering. The lab also offers Modeling and Analysis Engineering, Software Safety and Airworthiness Engineering, and Software Organization Performance and Process Improvement making it a complete software solutions center. The ITSS Lab offers a variety of software tools and technologies that cover the full spectrum of Requirements Management, Software Development, Configuration Management, Software Estimation, Modeling, Software Assurance, Tactical Communications, and Testing.
