CAMDEN, AR – July 2019 – Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (INTUITIVE®) hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, July 30, to celebrate the dedication of its new office in Camden, Arkansas. This office is one of 3 corporate offices and 11 field locations, most of which are in the Southeast. INTUITIVE is headquartered in Cummings Research Park in Huntsville, Alabama. This new office opening follows their other recent office expansion in 2018 at Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
INTUITIVE offers a wide range of services including production support, professional engineering, programmatic support, product development, rapid prototyping, and technology management to the Department of Defense (DoD), other State and Federal Government agencies, and commercial companies. The company’s new field office in Camden will allow INTUITIVE to be the “eyes and ears” for Project Management Offices that need on-site production and manufacturing support.
Since its start in 1999, INTUITIVE has been committed to providing uninterrupted support to its DoD customers. The missile community has trusted the organization to provide production expertise in the Camden community since the early 2000s. INTUITIVE has faithfully supported customers like PEO Missiles & Space, in Camden, for the past 19 years. INTUITIVE’s President, Vergenia Shelton, stated, “The missile community has trusted INTUITIVE to provide rapid response, high quality services for the past two decades. We are proud to be able to support the Army’s missile products across multiple project offices in a greater capacity by opening a home-base in the Camden area.”
INTUTIVE program manager of production field offices, Andy Fogle said, “Opening the new office will provide a permanent base of operations for our current Camden employees and allow us to improve efficiency, timeliness, and overall costs while working with our customers. Being planted in the area allows our subject matter experts ample time and opportunities to proactively approach verifying customer processes, validating engineering and manufacturing, and conducting audits.”
INTUITIVE’s overall business expansion as a company can be seen in its increasing number of employees and office locations. In addition, INTUITIVE’s diverse industry experience has allowed them to pursue new ventures in missile production and quality management across the DoD.
