PENSACOLA, FL – October 2020 – Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (INTUITIVE®) is excited to announce the opening of its Pensacola office. A small, private ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Wednesday, October 7 to celebrate the new office in Pensacola, Florida. This office is one of four corporate offices and 11 field locations, most of which are in the Southeast. INTUITIVE is headquartered in Cummings Research Park in Huntsville, Alabama. This new office opening follows their other recent office expansion in 2019 in Camden, Arkansas, and their INTUITIVE South office in Fort Walton Beach, Florida in 2018.
INTUITIVE’s Pensacola office will focus on supporting the Navy’s Center for Information Warfare Training Command and the Naval Aviation Technical Training Command by developing Navy specific operation and maintenance simulation trainers, web-based training systems, and 3D modeling of systems and platforms. Additionally, the office will support the Department of Homeland Security CISA and various government agencies with a distinct blend of IT services from software development to information assurance to cyber security operations.
INTUITIVE offers a wide range of services including production support, professional engineering, programmatic support, product development, rapid prototyping, and technology management to the Department of Defense (DoD), other State and Federal Government agencies, and commercial companies. INTUITIVE Program Manager, Wade Brewton, stated, “The new location will enable INTUITIVE to execute the company’s proximity model by collocating our personnel with our customers. This allows us to quickly respond to our client’s needs and maintain a ready presence.”
INTUITIVE’s overall business expansion as a company can be seen in its increasing number of employees and office locations. The new office extends the reach and responsiveness of INTUITIVE’s growing Navy-centric portfolio and facilitates offerings to other government agencies located in the area.
