HUNTSVILLE, AL – March 2016– For the fifth year in a row, Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (INTUITIVE) was ranked on the Military Times EDGE Best for Vets Employers List. A record number of companies took part in this year’s survey, which included more than 90 questions that explored in detail company culture, recruiting, policies and reservist accommodations. After hundreds of surveys from various industries across the nation were considered, INTUITIVE earned a ranking of #7.
INTUITIVE approaches veterans through proactive recruiting methods and instating policies and benefits that appeal to them and their families. In 2012, INTUITIVE launched its Veterans Information Program (VIP) to further help the nation’s heroes settle into and excel in their new careers. The company’s foundation is the Warfighter, so it views successful job transition of veterans as a responsibility that is vital to the success of the nation. The award is based on an analysis of a complex survey comprised of more than 90 questions.
