HUNTSVILLE, AL – August 2020 – The Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation and Missile Center (CCDC AvMC) recently selected Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (INTUITIVE®) as the Prime Contractor of the Software Mission Assurance technical task order.
The five-year contract specifies support for CCDC AvMC’s Software, Simulation, and Systems Integration (S3I) Directorate. The S3I Directorate is responsible for research, design, development, integration and sustainment of aviation, missile, and missile defense weapons systems, subsystems and support systems.
INTUITIVE will provide support in several areas including: Program Management; Software Mission Assurance; Independent Verification and Validation (V&V); Verification, Validation and Accreditation (VV&A) of Models and Simulations; Software Airworthiness; Software Quality (SQ); Software Safety; Configuration and Data Management (CADM); Interoperability Engineering and Testing; Government Owned Software Tool Development; Special Senior Level Software Engineering and Domain Expertise; and Non-System Specific Software Support.

With more than a decade of relevant, successful experience; INTUITIVE, along with its team members, will ensure S3I is able to carry out its software assurance mission.
