Glenda Blevins has been with INTUITIVE since its formative years, joining the company in 2000 as “Employee Number 3.” With a deep understanding of INTUITIVE’s operations and strategic direction, she has been a driving force in advancing key initiatives across the organization. In her new role as Vice President, Blevins will lead transformative digital initiatives enterprise-wide, including developing a comprehensive framework to streamline and enhance the company’s business systems and processes. Her unique blend of operational expertise and forward-thinking leadership continues to play a critical role in shaping the company’s future.
Jeff Souder brings over 40 years of experience in Space and Missile Defense, including a distinguished 25-year Army career where he led high-impact defense programs and international missile defense site deployments. Since joining INTUITIVE in 2011, Jeff has held key leadership positions supporting customers such as PEO Missiles and Space, the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO). As Vice President, Jeff will serve as a senior strategic advisor, guiding INTUITIVE’s continued growth in integrated air and missile defense. His deep operational insight and commitment to innovation will help shape the company’s technical direction and long-term strategy to support national defense priorities.
