SAN FRANCISCO, CA – March 2018 – Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (INTUITIVE)® is excited to announce its Vice President of Employee Experience, Mrs. Juanita Phillips, was recently honored with the Great Place to Work® For All™ Leadership Award. The award was presented by Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work (GPTW), on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis in San Francisco, California. Nominated by Co-Founder and Chairman, Harold Brewer, Mrs. Phillips was recognized amongst the first group of winners for this honorary award.
Mrs. Phillips is an expert in the field of Human Resources. With over 30 years of experience, she has provided leadership in both government contracting and manufacturing. She is an advocate for small businesses and human resource issues across the Tennessee Valley. Recognized for her contributions to the Huntsville community, she was given a UNCF award in April 2015. As the Co-director of Government Affairs for the Alabama Society of Human Resources (SHRM), she has supported the voices of small business communities through testifying before Congress to ensure that their concerns are heard and that small business practices are recognized for their success.
Mrs. Phillips has served as the Director of Human Resources at INTUITIVE for 11 years and is presently the Vice President of Employee Experience.
