I love being able to interact with people from different backgrounds, and that have different personalities, and perspectives. Our headquarters is located in Huntsville, AL,
which has a diverse demographic, so it’s challenging and rewarding to strive to meet the needs of our employees, and ultimately our clients.It is important not only to hear what people are saying, but to listen and find the need in their message. Dealing with different levels of employees gives me an opportunity to see things from a perspective other than my own and helps me to devise solutions that are amicable.I am proud to work for a company that has not sifted from its foundation.
