As Vice President of Corporate Operations, Mr. Alan Segrest, is responsible for the management, oversight, and execution of INTUITIVE’s operations strategy, structure, and processes. With a focus on maximizing employee and customer experiences, Segrest is responsible for day-to-day company mechanics, ensuring efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. In his position as Vice President of Corporate Operations, he also plays a significant role in the development and execution of the company’s departmental operational plans, budgeting, forecasting, and advance planning.
Segrest joined the INTUITIVE team in 2005 as a financial analyst. Throughout his career with INTUITIVE, he has held positions such as Subcontracts Administrator, Project Lead, Deputy Program Manager, Program Manager, and Division Manager. From entry-level to executive leadership, Segrest’s contributions and commitment to INTUITIVE have attributed to the company’s reputation as a leader its industry. His strong supervisory skills and extensive knowledge of the company’s principles, procedures, and best practices enable him to make strategic operational decisions to increase productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction, and the company’s overall success.
Mr. Segrest earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Master of Business Administration with emphasis in Information Systems from Auburn University. He is also Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
